"Really nice workmanship. Exactly what I was looking for. Two things I wish that Queensboro would do is when placing a small order (1 or 2 items) the cost is crazy high. I don't own a business and sometimes I like to just get a few items, but the cost is more than I can spend. Also the time it takes to embroider seems excessive. The final product was worth the wait, but I can only imagine during holiday times, the wait will be even longer. Just giving you my honest opinion."
