PLEASE NOTE:

• If your uploaded image has a background it will be removed.
• There is no need to upload multiple color versions of your logo for different color items ordered. We will make all necessary color adjustments.
• You will not receive a logo proof unless we need to make a significant modification to your logo (minimum letter height for readable embroidery is ¼ inches).
• Because the only true test of how your logo will look is to embroider it on your products, your first order is your proof. If you are not delighted with the result, we will make corrections, or refund your money. Under the terms of our No Returns Necessary Guarantee, you are not even required to return the items in question (though we may ask for a picture to help us understand what went wrong.)
