Shipping and Delivery Information
How will you ship my order?
Most orders ship via the U.S. Postal Service, while larger packages are sent by UPS. Both carriers pick up shipments from our three production facilities each business day.
Our facilities are located in Wilmington, NC, Dallas, TX, and Reno, NV. Whenever possible, we will produce and ship your order from the facility closest to you to help minimize delivery time.
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may not appear on the carrier's website until the package has been picked up and scanned into its network.
Average transit time is 1–3 business days after your order ships.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer $14.95 flat rate shipping on all orders shipping within the contiguous US (excludes AK and HI). For customers in AK and HI we offer $19.95 flat rate shipping.
Can I have my order ship to a different address from my billing address?
Certainly! If you are placing your order online just indicate your shipping address in the appropriate fields at checkout.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No, we do not ship outside of the United States.
Can you ship to PO Boxes? What about APO and FPO addresses?
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, but we can ship to APO and FPO addresses. Charges for APO and FPO shipments will follow our normal shipping rates listed on the right. However, all orders going to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS and are not trackable.
