And then there are issues that aren't mistakes but just problems. A button falls off, UPS dropped your box in a puddle, you just don't like the shirts you picked out.

If anything like this ever happens to you, just let us know. YOU DON'T NEED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR US TO FIX IT! Whether you would like a replacement or a refund, it doesn't matter. That's our No Returns Necessary Guarantee.

A Note about Our Guarantee
Many people think we are crazy to offer this guarantee because it is so easy to abuse. Occasionally we run into problems, but our guarantee is one of the parts of Queensboro that we are most proud of. There have been times, though, when we just can't satisfy a customer. In those instances, we reserve the right to resolve the issue with a refund instead of a replacement. We also reserve the right to not accept additional orders that we think are likely to repeat the issue. Thank you for understanding this "small print" in our No Returns Necessary Guarantee.
