What will my logo look like?
We've been producing custom logo apparel & accessories for over 35 years and have learned a lot about what works and what doesn't. We understand the importance of your logo and the pride and hard work it represents. That is why guarantee that you will be satisfied with each item you receive from us.
If your order is for embroidery, your logo will be three dimensional because they are sewn, not printed, onto the clothing and accessories we offer. The thickness of the thread provides the third dimension. Embroidery involves a needle piercing a piece of fabric several thousand times, pulling the thread behind it. Please note that embroidered logos must fit roughly into a 4 by 4-inch square and that all letters and numbers must be at least 0.25 inches high to be readable.If your order is for printed items, maximum print size is 12 by 12 inches.What if I'm not happy?
We'll fix it. It doesn't matter whose fault it is.
An order is not complete for us until we know that you are pleased with the fit and quality of your merchandise, you are delighted with your logo, and your order arrived on or before the day we said it would. If there are any problems whatsoever, please let us know and together we will find a solution that works for you.In fact, when we really mess up (we hate to say it but it does occasionally happen) we will sometimes even issue a full refund AND redo the order! We hate disappointing our customers, but when it does happen, we will never shrink from taking full responsibility. We don't want your money unless you are 100% happy.How long will it take?

When you check out, you will choose your Guaranteed Delivery Date. If you want your order quickly we have rush options that include a $50 rush fee. Standard Guaranteed Delivery is no charge. If you have some flexibility on when you need your order, choose our extended option and get a credit of $5 on your order. If you chose our extended delivery option you will most likely get your order sooner than your Guaranteed Delivery Date, but we promise you won't get it later! The process of setting up your logo and getting it approved adds a couple of days to the process. When you re-order using an existing logo, those steps are not necessary, so the process goes a little quicker.Is there anything special about Queensboro?

Free logo setup covers one standard-sized logo. Size in embroidery is determined by stitch count. Standard size is 11,000 stitches or less. Generally, a standard size logo will fit in a 4-inch by 4-inch square box. 98% of the logos we receive are standard size. If your logo is oversized, we can usually work with you at no cost to reduce your logo size without losing too much detail. Minimum lettering size for embroidery is just under 1/4 inch. Letters smaller than that close up when stitched out and are generally illegible.
The 20% "off all other embroidered apparel and accessories" discount applies to all other embroidered merchandise not specifically listed above. The 20% off discount does not apply to any printed (non-embroidered) merchandise or promotional products such as pens, mugs or drinkware.
