And then there are issues that aren't mistakes but just problems. A button falls off, UPS dropped your box in a puddle, you just don't like the shirts you picked out.
If anything like this ever happens to you, just let us know. We'll work with you to determine the best solution, whether it's a replacement, store credit or refund. YOU DON'T NEED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR US TO FIX IT! We will happily issue a one-time replacement or refund any items that you are not happy with within 30 days of receiving your order.
