Embroidery on hats works a little differently than on shirts. The space we can stitch on a hat is smaller: 4 inches wide by 2 inches high (about half the height of a shirt logo). Because of this, not every shirt logo will fit on a hat. If your logo is taller than 2 inches, we may need to adjust it, such as using a horizontal version, removing small text, or simplifying the design. After you place your order, we'll set up your logo for hats and send you a proof. You'll be able to review it, request changes, and approve it before anything is produced. Nothing gets made until you're happy with how it looks.

This super lightweight performance polyester cap, perfect for golf and other hot weather activities, has four perforated back panels for breathability and moisture-wicking performance. Unstructured low profile with 6 panels with an adjustable velcro closure in the back.
