Embroidery on hats works a little differently than on shirts. The space we can stitch on a hat is smaller: 4 inches wide by 2 inches high (about half the height of a shirt logo). Because of this, not every shirt logo will fit on a hat. If your logo is taller than 2 inches, we may need to adjust it, such as using a horizontal version, removing small text, or simplifying the design. After you place your order, we'll set up your logo for hats and send you a proof. You'll be able to review it, request changes, and approve it before anything is produced. Nothing gets made until you're happy with how it looks.
