These are unprecedented times and we are working hard to be as flexible and responsive as we can be in serving you.

While our Dallas operation is currently closed, our Wilmington NC and newly launched Indianapolis have been classified as essential services and are still operating.

It is obviously difficult to predict too far into the future at this point, but we are currently still taking and shipping orders and expect to be able to keep doing so going forward.

Our website is open 24/7, and while much of our office staff is now working remotely, we are open for customer service during normal hours, 9-5 EDT. We are not, however, taking phone calls, so we encourage you to contact us via the support link at the top of our website.

The COVID-19 crisis is clearly perilous, but equally so is the shock the world economy is now taking. To get through this we will all need to work together to figure out how to keep things going and start the process of recovery.
