Updated July 12, 2020 These continue to be challenging times for everyone and we are working hard to be as flexible and responsive as we can be in serving you.

Our Wilmington, NC, and Indianapolis, IN, production facilities are running at full capacity, but due to various challenges, we are not producing anything in our Dallas, TX facility. We are currently shipping orders in 8-16 business days.

Our office staff is still working remotely but are available for customer service Monday through Friday, 9-5 EDT. We are not taking phone calls but are responding very quickly to all inquiries. As we get into this second phase of the COVID-19 crisis, much is still uncertain and unpredictable. Our turn time is longer than we would like it to be right now, but we are taking measures to reduce it. Thank you for your continued patience as we work to get better.
