Printing on hats works a little differently than on shirts. The space we can print on a hat is smaller: 3.75 inches wide by 2 inches high (about half the height of a shirt logo). Because of this, not every shirt logo will fit on a hat. If your logo is taller than 2 inches, we may need to adjust it, such as using a horizontal version, removing small text, or simplifying the design.
