Made with a 60% cotton / 40% polyester blend up front and a 100% polyester mesh back, it's both breathable and durable—ready for long workdays, weekend adventures, and everything in between. The ProCrown structure with buckram-fused panels and ProStitching ensures it keeps its shape wear after wear.
The pre-curved PE visor features eight rows of stitching and a matching color underbill for a clean, cohesive finish. With a plastic snapback closure for easy size adjustment and a variety of eye-catching colorways, the 112 is the perfect balance of rugged performance and custom-ready style.
Printing on hats works a little differently than on shirts. The space we can print on a hat is smaller: 3.75 inches wide by 2 inches high (about half the height of a shirt logo).
Because of this, not every shirt logo will fit on a hat. If your logo is taller than 2 inches, we may need to adjust it, such as using a horizontal version, removing small text, or simplifying the design.
After you place your order, we'll set up your logo for hats and send you a proof. You'll be able to review it, request changes, and approve it before anything is produced. Nothing gets made until you're happy with how it looks.
