Our updated Queensboro Unstructured Twill Hat 2.0 is a great take on the classic baseball cap. It is a relaxed style 100% cotton hat that is very comfortable and, with your great logo, destined to become a time honored favorite. The hat is unstructured, which means the front of the hat is soft, providing easy comfort, low maintenance, and an easygoing style. This is a classic six panel baseball style cap, with an adjustable back buckle for a simple one-size-fits-all sizing.
Printing on hats works a little differently than on shirts. The space we can print on a hat is smaller: 3.75 inches wide by 2 inches high (about half the height of a shirt logo).
Because of this, not every shirt logo will fit on a hat. If your logo is taller than 2 inches, we may need to adjust it, such as using a horizontal version, removing small text, or simplifying the design.
After you place your order, we'll set up your logo for hats and send you a proof. You'll be able to review it, request changes, and approve it before anything is produced. Nothing gets made until you're happy with how it looks.
