The drawcord hood with toggles combines with the drawcord toggled hem and half elastic, half self-fabric cuffs to lock out the elements when the weather takes a nasty turn. The 100% polyester shell is lined with soft 100% jersey fabric for comfort and the mesh inserts at the gussets provide added breathability.
