I had a slight issue with a product on a previous order. A few stitches were out of place, but when Queensboro followed up with me about my order and I told them, they apologized and made me a replacement. Not many companies are so concerned with customer service that they take the time to correct a problem without me even really asking. I have bought many different products from this company, and the quality, pricing, and value has always been top notch.
