We've done everything we can think of to make using the Queensboro website easy. But, we're human, and we're willing to accept that we didn't think of everything. Below are a few navigational tips to make your visit more pleasant. To enter our website you need to have placed an order with us in the past. If you're not presently a Queensboro customer, you're not only missing out on some great deals, but we've missed the opportunity to get to know you. If you'll be kind enough to register, we can remedy both those situations.
If you are an existing customer, we'd like to take a quick moment to thank you for your business. Thank you very, very much.
To sign in to the website, all you have to do is enter the e-mail you previously provided us, or you can enter your customer number and zip code. Your customer number should be on any communication you've received from us.
Whichever method you use, after you've done the typing, please click the "Sign In" button.
If you happen to have more than one customer number, you'll only be able to see logos for the customer number or email address you enter when you sign in. To see your other logos, you'll need to "Sign Out" using the convenient little link in the upper right corner of the page. That will bring you back to the sign in page where you can enter your other account number or email address.
Finding the items you want
We've tried to make it easy for you to find what you're looking for on our site. It isn't exactly in our best interest to hide our products from you, but here in the digital world, things can sometimes get confusing.
We've tried to simplify the process by breaking our product line down into categories. However, if you'd like to get an overview of our entire product line, click on "All Products".
Using the search tool allows you to find all instances of a type of product, no matter what category it's in. If you type "polyester", for instance, you'll be able to browse through all products that have polyester in their description.
Information is a valuable thing, but too much information can be overwhelming. To ease the pain of browsing through 46 polos to find the ones that are priced under $15, or the $29.95 polo that your boss fell in love with, we've built in a sort function.
Once you've pulled up a list, our "Sort Filter" will appear above the first item listed. Click on the arrow and you'll be able to sort the list by price or popularity. Don't you wish you could rearrange the aisles of those mega-marts with a click of a button?
Adding items to your shopping cart
OK, you've found the perfect item. How do you get it from our hands to your hands?
Every item you see listed will have an "Order Now" link. When you'd like to order an item, click that link. You'll be transported directly to the product page for that item.
On the product page, you can see what sizes and fabric colors are available for that product. You can see how your logo will appear on each background by placing your cursor over each color square.
To add the item to your shopping cart, just enter the quantity of each color and size you would like, and then click on the big and friendly "Buy Now" button.
Your Shopping Cart will keep a running total of everything you have ordered and will display quantities, colors, and cost.
You can change quantities of sizes and colors within your Shopping Cart at any time. It's your order. It's your choice.
You can remove an item from your Shopping Cart by just changing the quantities to zero and clicking the "Update Cart" button.
If you'd like to order other products, you can then click on the "Keep Shopping" button.
Remember to "Update Cart" before you "Keep Shopping".
Feel free to play around with your Shopping Cart, nothing is final until you reach Checkout and, even then, you get a final chance to confirm your total order. When you back everything you sell with an Unconditional Ten-Year Guarantee, you certainly don't want people to receive things they didn't intend to order.
When you're happy with what's in your cart, just click on the "Checkout" button.
Proceeding to checkout
The checkout process consists of several tasks. Some people find them pleasant. Some people don't.
We've done everything we can to streamline the process, but there are a few tasks that have to be accomplished to make sure that we get your order to you correctly and on time. We want all your Queensboro surprises to be pleasant surprises.
Confirming your logo colors
The first page you'll encounter after clicking the "Checkout" button gives you the chance to approve or change your logo colors. We want your logo to shine. If your logo has your company name in black letters and you've just ordered black polos, the rest of your logo might shine, but your company name is going to disappear into the fabric color.
We don't want that and neither do you. Please look at each of your logos carefully.
On some of the logos, you'll see the Approve Box has already been checked. The logo colors for that fabric color have previously been approved and probably run on a previous order. You can still change the colors, if you wish, but odds are good that those logo colors work well with that fabric color.
You may see other logos where the check mark does not appear in the Approve Box. Examine these logos carefully because this may be the first time someone in your organization has ordered something with this fabric color. Make sure that your logo "looks right" on that color fabric.
If not, there are several ways to fix it.
If you wish, you can let our experienced Logo Specialists pick the colors. To do that, just check the "Let Queensboro Logo Specialist choose my colors for me" box.
When you're ready, just click the "Next Step" button.
Changing your logo colors
It's your logo and we believe that you have every right to have it look exactly the way you want it to look. That's why we created the Logo Lounge.
In the Logo Lounge, you can change the color of any element of your logo to best display on any color fabric. To get to the Logo Lounge, just click on your logo. Once there, you will see every element that makes up your logo. To change an element, just click on its box and it will be highlighted.
Now, all you have to do is pick a new color. You'll see a fine selection of our most popular colors underneath the logo elements display.
Click on a color and you'll see the color of the element change and, if you look at your logo display box on the right, you'll see the element change in your logo.
Don't like the change? Click on a different color. If you have the time and the inclination, feel free to play with any combination.
Nothing is saved in our system until you click on the "Approve Color Selections" button.
When you're happy with how your logo looks on that fabric color, click the "Save Color Selections" button.
You'll be asked whether it's OK to save your logo with these colors for this background.
If it is, click OK.
If it isn't, click Cancel and keep on changing colors.
Once you've clicked OK, just click on the big, friendly "Checkout" button to proceed.
When you're satisfied with all your logo color selections, just click on the "Next Step" button.
Verifying or updating your shipping address
If your shipping address is correct, just click the "Next Step" button.
If you've recently moved or wish to have this order shipped to a different location, you can make that change here.
Click the "change" link next to the Shipping Address heading. That will bring up a form that will allow you to make the changes. When you've completed all the necessary changes, please click the "Save" button.
When you're satisfied with your Shipping Address, you're ready to click on that old, reliable "Next Step" button again.
This page will show you our Current Estimated Delivery Date for your order. Please note that this date is on a computer monitor, it is not set in stone. This is the estimated date we expect your order to arrive, and if complications arise, we will contact you.
If you need your order sooner than this date, please click on the button next to the words:
"Yes, I must receive my order by:"
and fill in your desired date.
Through the wonders of digital magic, a message will appear in red letters. That message will contain information regarding the possibility of us meeting that date and any additional charges, if applicable. You can adjust the date again, if you wish to avoid some of those charges. The red letter message will also change.

Once you're ready, click on the "Next Step" button.
Method of payment
We've arrived at the unavoidable part of any order. We provide several easy payment methods. All you have to do is select your payment type and fill in the appropriate information.
Queensboro uses the most advanced Secure Socket Layer technology and protected servers to insure that your information is always safe.
After entering your payment information, you will be asked to confirm your Billing Address. If you need to make changes, click on the "Change" link next to the Billing Address heading. This will bring up a form that will allow you to make the changes.
At any time, in this section, you can change your Payment and Billing Address info.
Once you're satisfied that the screen display is correct, it's time to return to the "Next Step" button for another satisfying click.
Reviewing and confirming your order
This page is a snapshot of your entire order. Please look it over closely.
Some items, like your Shipping Address, Billing Address, Payment Information, and Logo Colors can be changed from this page.
Underneath the all-important Grand Total amount, you will find our famous Comments Box. This box comes in handy when you want to let Customer Service know about special instructions for your order.
Of course, it's also useful when you want to just say hi or let us know what's happening in your world. It's your space. Have fun with it. We like notes from your world to ours.
You may notice that there is one thing missing on this page. No friendly "Next Step" button.
No more Next Steps.
If everything on your order looks correct, the time has come to hit the big, friendly "Confirm Order" button.
You should reach a page that says "Order Complete!"
