COMMUNITY FOOD DRIVE AT QUEENSBORO

Wednesday, December 16th, Queensboro invites all customers and community members to donate items for the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina.

Community donors will receive a raffle ticket for each item donated. Drop off non-perishable food at Queensboro from 9am-5pm, Wednesday, December 16th. Please see a list of most-needed items below the Queensboro map. The raffle winner will receive a $100 Queensboro Gift Certificate.

Most Needed Items

The Food bank has a list of most-needed items in our area. It has been brought to our attention that one of the most urgent needs is infant formula. Please be sure to bring formula, and any other items in plastic, paper or cans. Anything in glass will have to be discarded.

• Canned Meals, Stews, Soups,Tuna, Ravioli, etc. Pop-top cans a plus!
• Peanut Butter
• Cereal
• Canned Fruits and Vegetables
• Rice, Pasta and Dried Beans
• Hygiene Items including: Toothpaste,Feminine Products,Shaving Items, Soap, etc.
• Infant Products including: Diapers, Wipes, Formula, Infant Cereal
• Paper Products including: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, etc.

Please - No loose glass or plastic jars of baby food as they will have to be discarded due to health regulations.

Bring your Food Drive donations to Queensboro by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, December 16th.
