What is the minimum order quantity?
There is a four-piece minimum for all orders. Due to processing requirements, however, we have to treat hats and visors a little differently than the other items in our inventory.You can mix and match any non-hat items with a four-piece order--you could get one polo, one long sleeve twill, one bag, and one apron, for example. Similarly, you can mix and match any four hats. Because visor logos are a little bit smaller than hat logos, we can't run hats and visors at the same time. So, if you are ordering visors, we do require a four-visor minimum order.
If you would like to order shirts and hats in the same order, we ask that you purchase at least four shirts and at least four hats. Here at Queensboro, four is a magic number.
Do I have to order all items of the same style, color, and size?
Not at all! Feel free to mix and match among the items on our website. Try different styles, sizes, and colors. Have some fun. You want to order one of every color? No problem. Just fill out the quantity of each item and add it to your shopping bag.Do you still have my logo on file?
Yes, we keep your logo on file for you, so it's easy for you to place your next order. Before checking out, you will even be able to confirm the colors of your logo on each item you've added to your shopping bag (even if you've never ordered it before!) How will you ship my order?
Your order will be sent via either UPS Ground or FedEx Express Saver. Since these carriers will not ship to a P.O. Box, we ask that you provide us with a street address. We expect your package will reach you within 3 days of shipping.What is the price for Shipping & Handling?

Yes, we ship anywhere on the planet! For orders outside the U.S., however, Shipping & Handling fees are dependent on the shipping address, the weight of the package, and the best method of shipping. Exact shipping fees will not be known until the order is processed, weighed and ready to ship. The shipping fees will be charged separately after your order has shipped and we have the exact cost.How long will it take to receive my order?
It usually takes about 15 to 20 business days to ship your order. Sometimes, however, it takes more time. If you need your order sooner than that, we can usually work it out. Give us a call and, if possible, we'll make your deadline, our deadline.Logos
How much does it cost for a new logo set-up?
As of April 1, 2005, the charge to set up a second or subsequent standard-size logo (up to 11,000 stitches) for an returning customer is $25. For logos 11,001 to 15,000 stitches, the charge is $50, and for 15,001 to 20,000 stitches, the charge is $75. For logos with extraordinary detail, there is an additional $25 charge. Of course, to give you an exact quote, we will need to see your logo.Please keep in mind that over 95% of our customers' logos are less than 10,000 stitches and not particularly detailed. Payment for new logos is due upon logo submission and all work is unconditionally guaranteed. Please call us at (800) 847-4478 if you have any further questions about submitting a new logo.
How can I get my logo to you?
Whatever is easiest for you! We can accept your logo via:- Upload it on this website by going to your Logo Locker in the Account -- look for it on the left side of any page, below the Categories listing.

Working directly from digital art generally works best for logo generation. Acceptable file types include: .jpeg/.jpg, .tif, .gif, .pdf, and .bmp. Or, we can pull your logo from your website. If you mail or fax your logo, you may provide it in the form of a business card, letterhead, camera-ready art work, or even a freehand sketch!
How much does it cost to have my logo embroidered onto the items in my order?
Embroidered logos that consist of fewer than 11,000 stitches are included in the product price. To embroider logos greater than 11,000 stitches, we do charge an Extended Run Fee for the increased amount of time it takes to sew the logo. Listed below are our Extended Run Fees and Set-up Fees, based on logo stitch count. If your logo has more than 11,000 stitches, don't worry, we might be able to help you out! In many cases, the stitch count for a logo can be reduced, while still retaining the character and appearance of the logo. A simple logo edit costs $9.95, and a complex edit is $19.95. Our Logo Specialists will be happy to determine in advance if changes to your logo are considered simple or complex.
If you would like more than one logo embroidered on an item, each additional logo, after your primary logo, is $5 per item.
Can you put a person's name or other text on the shirt, in addition to our company logo?
Yes! If you would like to personalize your shirts with names or other text, we can custom-embroider them for an additional $5.00 each.Are there any restrictions for the logo?
Your embroidered logo may not be larger than 4" x 4" and no element can be smaller than ¼" in height. We highly recommend that you avoid small text. We have many, many choices for thread color and can incorporate up to nine different colors in one logo! Can I order different colors or do all the items have to be the same color?
You may mix colors however you choose! You can even try one of each color if you want! As you checkout, use the Logo Lounge to tell us exactly what colors you want in your logo for each garment color you have in your shopping bag. Are Queensboro polos true to size?
Queensboro polos are generously cut for comfort and style. In the world of fashion, size has always been more of an art than a science. Many people wear more than one size. If you're not sure, it's always safe to order one size larger, particularly if you prefer a more roomy, comfortable fit. Keep in mind that our 100% cotton polos will generally have some slight shrinkage.What sizes do Queensboro Polos come in?
Men's polos generally come in Medium, Large, XLarge, & XXLarge. Women's polos generally come in Small, Medium, Large, & XLarge. Of course, there are always exceptions to the rule.Do you have Women's sizes?
We have several styles which come in women's sizes. We carry women's polos with women's styling (left-handed placket) like our Women's Pima Jersey Polo (Style 1436) and Women's 100% Peruvian Pima Pique (Style 1126). Can I receive credit for referring someone to Queensboro?
For every customer you refer (they must complete an order), you can earn a $25 merchandise credit to be used on future orders!To use your credit, just place an order and we'll apply any credits you may have on your account automatically. You may use more than one credit per order as long as your credits do not add up to more than the merchandise total. Also, you must use the full amount of each credit. The referral credits apply only to the merchandise total of your order. Tax and shipping charges will still be calculated separately.
